On 14 May, Fosun Health and Foshan Chancheng District Chanxi New City Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Foshan Chanxi City Investment") entered into a "Capital Increase and Share Expansion Agreement". According to the agreement, Foshan Chanxi City Investment proposed to designate entities (including funds, holding companies, or other entities) to make capital contribution in the amount of RMB300 million based on a pre-investment valuation of RMB10.2 billion to subscribe for RMB156 million in new registered capital of Fosun Health.

The announcement states that the proceeds of this capital increase will be used in Fosun Health's daily operations and business development, in order to further consolidate its unique features and advantages in the field of healthcare services.

On 23 February 2024, Fosun Health and the Foshan Chancheng District People's Government reached a "Deepening Cooperation Agreement". On 14 May, Fosun Health and Foshan Chanxi City Investment entered into a "Capital Increase and Share Expansion Agreement", under which Fosun Health received a strategic investment of RMB300 million from Foshan Chanxi City Investment.
