Facing the increasingly severe challenges of global climate change, Fosun released its fourth Climate Information Disclosures Report with reference to Part D (“New Climate Requirements”) of Appendix C2 “Environmental, Social and Governance Reporting Code” of the Main Board Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the framework of the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations and the International Financial Reporting Standards S2 Climate-related Disclosures Requirements (“IFRS S2”).

The results, announced in March 2026, are based on MSCI’s latest rating model (version 5.0). On 23 February 2026, The Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) held the 2025 HKMA Best Annual Reports Awards presentation ceremony in Hong Kong. On 19 December 2025, the TVB ESG Awards 2025 Presentation Ceremony, hosted by Television Broadcasts Limited (“TVB”), was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.
