Recently, our company has become aware of a misappropriation of its name “Fosun” where fraudsters who have used the name of "Fosun" without our authorization in relation to alleged illegal sale of securities to investors under the name of "Fosun Invest Global AB". Our company is deeply concerned about this matter and hereby makes the following clarification statements:

    1. Fosun Invest Global AB is not our company’s subsidiary or affiliate. Neither did we authorize Fosun Invest Global AB to use “Fosun”. The existence of Fosun Invest Global AB and its alleged illegal sale of securities have no relation with Fosun in any means.
 
    2. Our company is deeply concerned about the fraudulent use of our company name. We believe that our company's reputation has been damaged and we hereby reserve the right to pursue any legal action.
 
   3. Investors are hereby advised to stay alert against such fraudulent behaviors in order to protect your own interests.
