Recently, several websites claimed themselves to be related with Fosun and its business partners Carlyle and Prudential and used Fosun’s newsletters and photographs without permission. Here, we would like to declare that the joint fund of Fosun and Carlyle is Carlyle-Fosun Equity Investment whilst the joint fund of Fosun and Prudential is Pramerica-Fosun China Opportunity Fund.

Apart from the enterprises mentioned above, other websites or business undertakings are not related with Fosun. Fosun is not responsible for any of the illegal undertakings.

The illegal websites and their owners seriously violated the rights and the reputation of Fosun and its partners Carlyle and Prudential. Their actions might be defined as criminal offense and commercial fraud.

Fosun is currently investigating into the issue and will take every possible measure to protect our reputation and legal rights.
