Fosun International Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with BNP Paribas
On 12 October 2025, Fosun International Limited (“Fosun International”) and BNP Paribas have signed a strategic cooperation agreement (“Agreement”), committing to collaborate closely in support of Fosun International and its subsidiaries’ (collectively as “Fosun”) future development strategies.
Zhang Houlin, Senior Vice President and Co-Chief Financial Officer of Fosun International, and Paul Yang, CEO, Asia Pacific of BNP Paribas signed the cooperation agreement in Shanghai, marking further cooperation between Fosun and BNP Paribas, witnessed by Guo Guangchang, Chairman of Fosun International and Jean Lemierre, Chairman of BNP Paribas.

Under the cooperation agreement, BNP Paribas will provide its global expertise in financial services to Fosun across investment banking, global capital markets, credit financing and fund management.
Regarding the partnership, Guo Guangchang remarked, “We are very pleased to continue our long-term cooperation with BNP Paribas.
