The Company is aware of a local Chinese news website reporting that Chairman of Fosun Group, Mr Guo Guangchang is missing. The Company confirms that these are malicious rumors and are untrue. Mr Guo Guangchang is currently presenting at the 8th Shaanxi Province Merchant Forum in Xi’an as a keynote speaker. 

The Company confirms that operations continue to operate normally. Fosun Group also retains the right to seek litigation against any media or persons who spread any malicious rumors and speculation.
