Fosun Property Wins PIE Annual Deal Award for its Milan Project
“Europe Property Awards 2016” organized by Property Investor Europe (“PIE”), the famous and authoritative European property magazine, is presented to Palazzo Broggi – the Italian business office landmark project in Milan city center acquired by Fosun Property Holdings, as “Investment of the Year - Best Deal Overall”.

In July 2015, Fosun announced the successful acquisition of Palazzo Broggi in European continent, another milestone for Fosun Property Holdings’ footprint in Europe following its purchase of Lloyds Chambers in the City of London in October 2013.
Palazzo Broggi is a historic landmark in Milan, located in the commercial, cultural and art center of Milan, within walking distance from Duomo di Milano, the well-reputed tourist landmark and the origin of the city’s life, and also close to Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the well-known elegant shopping center. Palazzo Broggi covers a total construction area of around 47,000 sqm, which can be dated back to the beginning of 20th century. Currently, it’s the head office of Unicredit, the largest banking group in Italy.

The new project in pursuit of “leading a unique living experience and brand new lifestyle” will be completed in 2020 according to the refurbishment plan, including a five-star hotel, high-class retail space, a Grade-A office building, etc.
