This afternoon, Guo Guangchang, a member of the National Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (“CPPCC”), and Chairman of Fosun Group arrived in Beijing with other National Committee Members in Shanghai to attend the annual meetings of the Twelfth National People’s Congress (“NPC”) and CPPCC starting from tomorrow for 10 days.

Guo Guangchang will raise certain proposals in the conference, including some regarding “Accelerating the Development of the Mixed-Ownership Economy Driven Primarily by Private Enterprises”, “Developing High-End Medical Services with a Mixed-Ownership Model”, “Facilitating Market Development of Enterprise Annuity by Preferential Tax Treatments”, “Encouraging Private Investments in the Healthcare Insurance Sector”, “Accelerating the Reform of Private Hospitals”, “Providing Greater Convenience for the Express Delivery Vehicles in the Urban Areas”, etc., and discuss matters of national importance with other representatives and members.
